What data may reach Nira

Depending on the client configuration, this may include the business name, services, prices, hours, rules, customer messages, contact details and information the client supplied for replies.

We do not ask for data Nira does not need to operate. The client is responsible for the lawfulness and content of uploaded data.

Why it is used

Data is used to answer customers, process enquiries and bookings, support Nira, diagnose errors and deliver the agreed service.

We do not use one company’s data for another task without a separate basis or agreement.

Telegram, hosting and technical providers

Messages and technical data may pass through Telegram, hosting and other services included in the product’s configuration. The exact set depends on the Nira configuration.

Payment and bank data are not needed to operate Nira and are not described in this policy.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the active service, client settings and the need to keep conversation history. When the service stops, data is returned or deleted under the agreed procedure.
