Nira Terms of Use

What the product is

Nira is a MAVAR product. Its legal owner and provider is “MAVAR DASTURIY YECHIMLAR” MCHJ. Nira works in Telegram and connected product channels, answers from the knowledge supplied to it, and helps collect enquiries, bookings and questions.

Nira and ShopOS are MAVAR products, not separate legal entities.

How the service starts

The client supplies business facts: services, prices, hours, rules and approved answers. Before publication, the client is responsible for accuracy and for the rights to supplied materials.

Scope, term, price, invoice currency and payment procedure are fixed in a contract or invoice.

Limits of Nira’s answers

Nira can make mistakes, misunderstand a question or miss an updated rule. The client reviews outputs and keeps human control over decisions involving money, health, law, safety and obligations to customers.

Nira is not a licensed professional and does not guarantee a sale, booking, revenue or a particular communication outcome.

Data and access

Processing of data, conversations, the knowledge base and access is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not ask for data that Nira does not need to operate.

Client account access remains with the client; sharing it with third parties or using it for another task is not permitted.

Stopping and changes

The client may stop the service under the applicable contract or invoice. When it stops, we stop running Nira and return or delete materials as agreed.

Material product and terms changes are reflected on this page or in the contract before applying to new periods.
